Ms. Sonali Gurung

Managing Director

Ms. Sonali Gurung is the Managing Director of the company. She is from Butwal and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Finance. She has collected diverse professional experience from different sectors. She has held a prestigious position as Program Coordinator in Maiti Nepal for full two years. She has gain immense knowledge in the Administration sphere while working for an Insurance Company abroad. Her passion for learning and sharing knowledge lead to accepting lecturer position for BBA, BIM and BE Computer Engineering faculties for prestigious colleges in Kathmandu; COSMOS College, Everest Colleges being few of them. She has worked in International Share Market for a brief period. Finally, she has settled down to take over the companies owned by her father Inter Tech Group of Industries. She currently holds the position of Financial Director of the company and has been accumulating knowledge and experience for the past seven years. Her range of experience and knowledge will play a key role in putting our best foot forward in the Steel Structure era of Nepal and will take the company a long way.

Ms. Srishtee Gurung

Technical Director

Ms. Srishtee Gurung is the Technical Director of the company. She is from Kathmandu and holds a Master Degree in Computer Science from Pune University. She is a techie by nature. Being the first few females in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector in Nepal, her achievements are astounding. She is the first female in Nepal to head the Research and Development projects funded by European Union and IDRC, Canada like Nepali Unicode, NepaLinux, Nepali Text-to-Speech, Contemporary Dictionary and many more. She has also worked closely with Nepal Government as the Senior Advisor for ICT as an employee of GIZ Nepal. She has gathered immense experience in Technical Co-ordination and Management domain. Her co-ordination skill ranges from working with private, Government and public sectors. The past six years (since 2014) she has been working under the supervision of her father Er. Rajendra Singh Gurung for 'Inter Tech Group of Industries'. With her six years of experience as a Fabricator she has gained tremendous know how of the the Fabricating technology. She is currently pursuing B.E Civil Engineering form Pokhara Universtiy. With her pragmatic understanding of Information Technology, Fabrication and Engineering domains ITSSS will always be ahead of its time in terms of technology and innovation.

Er. Rajendra Singh Gurung

Chief Advisor/Mentor

Er. Rajendra Singh Gurung heads one of the leading businesses of Fabrication business Inter Tech Pvt. Ltd. in the Mid-Western Region. He is one of the pioneers in fabricating parts of Suspension and Suspended bridges in Nepal. He and his best friend Er. Ratan Lal Agarwal established the very first Engineering/Fabricating Company Inter Tech Pvt. Ltd. in Rupandehi District in 1979 AD. Since then this company has been fabricating parts for suspension, suspended and girder bridges, including manufacturing of water/fuel storage tanks, electric poles, towers, trusses, wire mesh, shuttering, and metal formwork. Inter Tech has its own Galvanizing Unit operating as Galvo Tech. In addition to this, Inter Tech has ventured into plastic industries. Inter Tech Pipe and Fittings is a plastic unit manufacturing PPR, CPVC, PCV and HDPE pipe and fittings. It also has a unit of packaging industry. Er.. Gurung from the beginning has been passionately involved in Engineering drawings and designs. Clients approve of his designs for towers and trusses for being unique and economical. The quality of work he produces through his team is unmatchable. In his 70s there is not a single day he misses his work. His ethical values are appreciated by both his workers and clients alike. With Inter Tech venturing into different sector, it is now undertaking Innovative technologies to solve housing problems. With his vast knowledge in Fabricating business he sees a lot of potential in LGS framing solution to provide cheaper housing solutions. He is the Chief Advisor/Mentor for ITSSS company.
